1. About RankHaus

RankHaus is a website subscription and local SEO management service. We build, host, and manage websites on behalf of our clients on a monthly subscription basis. By signing up to RankHaus, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Website Ownership

The website built by RankHaus remains the property of RankHaus. You are granted a licence to use the website for the duration of your active subscription. This licence is non-transferable and does not constitute ownership of the website, its design, codebase, or associated assets.

You own and retain full rights to your own business content — including your business name, logo (where you have provided it), written copy specific to your business, and any images you supply to us. RankHaus-created content (page structure, design, SEO copy, and generated imagery) remains the intellectual property of RankHaus.

3. Subscription & Payment

• Subscriptions are available on two plans: Starter at £49/month and Growth at £99/month.
• Your subscription begins on the date your website goes live, following confirmation of your chosen plan.
• Payments are due monthly in advance on the same date each month.
• Late payment may result in suspension of the website.
• We reserve the right to amend pricing with 30 days' written notice.
• All fees are exclusive of VAT where applicable.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by giving 30 days' written notice to RankHaus. Notice must be sent via email to hello@rankhaus.co.uk.

Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of the 30-day notice period.
• At the end of the notice period, the website will be taken offline.
• No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of a monthly subscription.
• Domain names registered on your behalf may be transferred to you upon request, subject to a transfer fee.

5. What Happens if You Stop Paying

If payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, RankHaus reserves the right to suspend the website. If payment remains outstanding for 30 days, the website may be permanently taken offline and the licence terminated. RankHaus will make reasonable efforts to contact you before taking any action.

6. What's Included in Your Subscription

All plans include:

• Hosting and maintenance of your website on UK-based infrastructure.
• Weekly technical SEO audits and issue remediation.
• Weekly keyword rank tracking.
• Instant lead notifications by email on every contact form submission.
• Monthly plain-English performance reports.

• A new content page published each month.
• Ongoing backlink outreach and UK citation building.
• Google Business Profile management and Local Map Pack optimisation.
• Quarterly strategy review.

7. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information at sign-up and notify us of any changes.
• Not use the website for unlawful, misleading, or harmful purposes.
• Ensure all content you provide to us (logos, images, descriptions) is owned by you and does not infringe any third-party rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

RankHaus provides SEO and website management services on a best-efforts basis. We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings or levels of website traffic, as these are subject to factors outside our control (including search engine algorithm changes). Our liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
